I bought an item, supposedly would like to give this as a gift for a child. But very disappointed with the item I received. But, now I can't send this as a gift, the item seemed used. Details below:
Item purchased: Personal ATM Money / Coin Bank Machine
Item received not properly sealed. This means that it had been tempered with, or it is a demo set or display unit. I consider this as "used item".
There is no instruction manual. This agrees with that fact that it had been tempered with, or is a display unit, or used item. The instruction manual was probably misplaced when seller played around with the unit.
Item advertised is completely of different made (brand).
Last but not least, writing complaints to www.groupme.my is of no use. They did not reply my complaints. Consider this as a lesson learnt for others to see.

UPDATE
A new unit was sent to me after this review was posted on groupme facebook page. This time, the box was taped and came with an instruction manual. I still rate the product vendor zero star for bad business ethics, it is not the product they advertised. It should have a power switch and volume control but the product sold only has a dummy knob (pictures below).
